Facts

How long is it?
The Cross City Tunnel (CCT) is 2.1 kilometres long.

Lanes
Two lanes in each direction.

Entrances

Heading West:

Traffic on New South Head Road enters the CCT adjacent to the Kings Cross Tunnel.

Traffic heading north on the Eastern Distributor from Southern Cross Drive can use the CCT to reach Darling Harbour.

Heading East:

Direct entry from the Western Distributor and also via Harbour Street, Darling Harbour.

Exits

Heading West

Direct onto the Western Distributor or Harbour Street.

Heading East

Direct onto New South Head Road just past the Kings Cross Tunnel, and also south onto the Eastern Distributor.

Heading North

Sir John Young Crescent (for traffic travelling from the east to the north only).

Clearance
4.4 metre height clearance.
